Description

Facility includes instructional laboratories, research laboratories, and office areas to support the needs of this department. The building includes flexible biology instructional laboratories, designed to accommodate changing pedagogies across a range of subdisciplines. The instructional laboratories are supported by a consolidated, shared preparation suite. The upper floors of the building house flexible, open research laboratories and associated support areas. Research support spaces include autoclave rooms, radioisotope rooms, a substantial freezer farm, a plant growth suite, a growth chamber room, an animal behavioral suite, and an aquatics facility.
