About this project

The new 87,550 gsf Ogden College Hall science facility provides a 300-seat auditorium, administrative offices for the College of Science and Engineering, and 36 laboratories for the departments of Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.  Contemporary teaching laboratories provide Freshman and upper division chemistry courses, biology labs for ecology and organismal instruction, and Basic and Advanced Electronics labs. Research facilities serve the Center for Biodiversity, as well as provide new laboratories for Astrophysics, Solid State, Synthetic Chemistry, and Materials Science. Shared facilities include an instrument analysis room, optics lab, biochemistry lab, and chemical dispensing stockroom.
