Diverse research groups from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine Biology Department, the consolidation of St. Mary’s Hospital and Medical School, and Charing Cross & Westminster Medical School Research groups are brought together in a collaborative environment. The building includes open laboratories for Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, and Pharmacology and cellular laboratories for Physiology and BSL3 laboratories. Support facilities including tissue culture rooms, controlled environment rooms, plant growth rooms, radioisotope, equipment and instrumentation rooms, and glasswash/autoclave facilities support the laboratories.
