Description

Teaching and student/faculty research laboratories in building for the departments of Chemistry, Physics, Soil Science, Polymer Chemistry and the Environmental Biotechnology Institute. In addition to the Integrated Studio labs for chemistry and physics the new building will accommodate teaching laboratories for geology, soil science, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, spectroscopy, electronics /solid state and quantum physics. Research and student project laboratories include advanced chemistry, biodiversity, laser optics as well as polymer synthesis, analysis and formulation labs. Specialty functions include NMR lab, advanced instruments room and wood, metal and rock shops.
