62,000 NSF of research laboratories to accommodate various research programs from within the School of Medicine. Some of the research laboratory types will include wet-bench, computational and informatics modeling. The laboratories are designed for flexibility, utilizing a mobile benching system with a plug type service system supplied at the ceiling. Other support laboratory spaces include tissue culture, microscopy, radioisotope, specialized instrumentation rooms, controlled temperature rooms, animal procedure rooms, and a central glasswash / sterilization facility.
