Health Science Center

Cleveland State Community College

The new 53,000 gross-square-foot Health Science Center creates an anchor point to the developing east end of the campus. Instructional and skills laboratories for EMS training, Medical Assistant, and Nursing along with three biology-focused science laboratories support students with an emphasis in Healthcare. The EMS labs each house full-size ambulance modules to simulate real-life emergency situations for Paramedic and EMT training. The Nursing Skills labs support multiple cohorts for the department to expand their program offering. Other building features include five general-purpose classrooms, a large multi-function classroom with retractable auditorium seating, a computer lab, and a student lounge to encourage student collaboration outside of the structured classes.
