Description

The Engineering Innovation Building included research laboratories for Chemical Engineering (ChE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Civil Engineering (CE) and Materials Science. Specialized laboratory support spaces include a double height civil engineering large structural testing laboratory and a chemical engineering pilot plant. The laboratories used highly flexible laboratory casework systems attaching to robust and adaptable building infrastructure systems to enable and ensure future flexibility for changing research directions.
