27,700 NSF of laboratory and laboratory support space in a 106,000 GSF
Building for the departments of Biology, Botany, Microbiology, Anatomy,
Physiology, Physics, Chemistry, Astronomy, Geology, Anthropology, and
Geography. Facility includes 80-seat Planetairum, GIS Laboratory, Incubator
Room, Prep and Storage Rooms, Live Animal Room, Cadaver Room, Chemistry
Instrument Room, and Greenhouse. Building will also provide instructional
and training space for nursing and allied health programs, and lecture
classrooms, interdisciplinary learning center, offices, meeting rooms, and
café/dining area available for the entire campus.
