About this project

This 116,000 GSF building creates a new hub for Data Sciences on the University of Pennsylvania campus. The building houses instructional laboratories focused on various data-science related fields such as The Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, and Electrical & Systems Engineering. Specialized spaces support interdisciplinary laboratories related to bio-engineering-related and chemical-engineering-related computer science projects. A senior project laboratory provides space for hardware-based data science student projects. Upper levels of the building accommodate dry laboratories for office-based data science research in fields such as programming, data analysis, and computer algorithms.
