About this project
36,500 NSF of laboratory and laboratory support space in the Boyce Hall and Webber Hall buildings has been renovated to both modernize the laboratory space, and upgrade the infrastructure systems to meet current codes and mitigate deficiencies in both buildings. Research space supports life sciences programs, including biological and agricultural programs within the College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences (CNAS), and is composed of multiple large, open laboratories. Each research group benefits from dedicated lab support spaces, such as tissue culture labs, fume hood rooms, and equipment rooms. Additionally, shared support rooms consists of instrument rooms, cold rooms, autoclave/glassware wash facilities, and dark rooms on each floor.
