About this project
30,069 NSF of laboratory and support space within a 103,503 GSF building for the Departments of Chemistry, Physics, and Engineering and Applied Technology. The facility includes instructional labs for General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Multi-Disciplinary Chemistry, Chemistry Data Analysis, Physics, Engineering Materials Testing, CAD/Drafting, and Engineering Computers and VR. A large ground-level Innovation Center supports hands-on student projects with design, rapid prototyping, fabrication, and testing facilities. Laboratory support spaces include a Chemistry Instrument Room, Chemistry Prep and Storage, Solvents and Corrosives Storage, Physics Prep & Storage, Engineering Materials Equipment and Fabrication, CAD and Computer Equipment Storage, Civil Engineering Equipment and Survey Storage, and Innovation Center Storage.
