About this project
37,499 NSF of laboratory and laboratory support space in a 125,507 GSF building for the Departments of Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Geology. Facility includes 20 Teaching Laboratories for Geology/Physical Science, General Biology, Ecology/Botany/Marine Science, Anatomy, Physiology, Majors Biology, Zoology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Health Sciences Chemistry, Chemistry Dry Lab, and Physics. These laboratories are supported by associated prep and storage spaces as well as Rock Collection, Rock Prep, Shop, Organic Chemistry Instruments, and Balance Room The facility features a 4,800 square foot STEM Center at ground level and student study/collaboration zones throughout.
