Facility includes Single Molecule/AFM Laboratory, Keck, AFM & MFP, Probe System, TEM Sample Prep, Biological Sample Prep, Thin Film Deposition, Instrument, Chemical, SMS/NSOM, Controlled Environment room and Nanoparticles Synthesis Laboratory. Clean Room Suite includes Air Lock, Gowning, Nanolithography, Photolithography, Inspection area/Equipment Staging area, E-Beam FIB, Wet Etching and Dry Etch/Thin Film Deposition.
