About this project

State of the art neurosciences laboratory and vivarium spaces for three distinct research entities designed to support collaboration and interaction among researchers. The groups to be housed are the UCSF Neurology Department, the Institute for Neurodegenerative Disorders, and the W.M. Keck Foundation Center for Integrative Neurosciences.  Laboratory spaces include biomedical laboratories, BSL2* laboratories, BSL3 suite, proteomics suite, and medicinal chemistry suite. The vivarium includes a rodent holding barrier suite, aquatics holding, bird holding, NHP holding surgery suite, procedure rooms, and other support functions.
