Nearly 18,000 square feet has been modernized to provide state-of-the art teaching and research laboratory spaces that meet the needs of the modern learning landscape, and today’s technically-oriented student body. Laboratory space includes new general chemistry and general biology labs for first-year students, as well as advanced laboratories for Organic Chemistry, Analytical/Physical Chemistry, Biochemistry and Microbiology. New student/faculty research space is included in the building with flexible furnishings and casework to allow the space to change and evolve over time.
