Description

The 279,000 GSF new STEM Complex includes approximately 102,000 NSF of teaching, research, project and innovation laboratories for integrated engineering and sciences programs at Santa Clara University. Anchored by technology enabled teaching laboratories for an extensive range of STEM functions, this center for discovery also includes state of the art faculty and student research laboratories for physical sciences, life sciences, bioengineering, mechanical, civil and electrical engineering as well Maker Spaces that range from the feature Discovery Lab to robotics assembly and shops for woodwork, machining and advanced manufacturing. This landmark center for innovation supports a community of STEM learners including faculty, students, industry partners and outreach programs.
